We sell Gift Vouchers for all the major supermarkets, restaurants, spas, petrol stations and many other services in Uganda.
How does the beneficiary receive the Gift Voucher I have sent?
After payment is completed, the beneficiary receives an SMS with the tracking number.
Our delivery agents will then contact the receiver to confirm when and where the Gift Voucher will be delivered.
Is the tracking number received immediately?
The tracking number is generally received within 5 - 30 seconds, however,
depending on the volume of transactions not more than an hour.
When should I expect the Gift Voucher to be delivered?
The receiver will be contacted within our business hours and delivery will be made within 24 hours. Our business hours are between 9am and 5pm EAST, Monday to Friday.
If I am in Uganda and I do not own a credit card can I use the service?
Yes, Visa debit cards issued by Uganda banks are currently accepted by PayPal.
Can I get a refund?
If you experience a problem with or during the transaction, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org,
include your contact number and the transaction number provided to you at time of purchase.
We will investigate and issue a refund if we find you were charged for an incomplete transaction.
We however do not provide refunds for successfully completed transactions.
Do you store my credit card or bank information?
We do not receive or store any payment information.
All payments are processed securely and encrypted through PayPal, a world leader in payment processing and transaction brokerage.
